Jewish Federation of the Lehigh Valley's NextGen is partnering with Jewish Family Service for a family volunteer day to collect and assemble "Birthday in a Bag" items. The Birthday in a Bag Project supports families served by the JFS Community Food Pantry who may not have the funds to celebrate.
Register today to help assemble bags and/or purchase items on our Amazon Wish List for the bags. You may also drop off birthday related items (box cake mix, frosting tub, birthday candles, birthday-themed paper plates and napkins, forks, gift bags, and/or birthday decorations) in boxes at Chabad, Congregation Keneseth Israel, Jay's Local, and the Jewish Community Center of the Lehigh Valley now through October 26. You may also bring items the day of the event.
Note: This event is for adults aged 30-45 and their children.
