A black belt in Choi Kwang Do and clinical assistant professor of pediatrics at Wayne State University School of Medicine, Rabbi Goldberg brings together compassion, therapeutic martial arts, and the power of focused breathing.

Rabbi G will share focused breathing and martial arts relaxation methods inspired by those taught through Kids Kicking Cancer and Heroes Circle. Originally created to help children facing illness manage pain and stress, these tools offer meaningful lessons in calm, resilience, and self-regulation for people of all ages.
